This policy describes how iShopSync uses cookies and similar technologies, consistent with the GDPR, Romanian Law no. 190/2018 where applicable, and Romanian Law no. 506/2004 on electronic communications and privacy (including cookie consent rules).

1. What cookies are

Small text files stored on your device to keep sessions, preferences, and (if you consent) analytics or marketing tools.

2. Cookies we use

• Strictly necessary: session cookie (e.g. laravel_session), CSRF cookie (e.g. XSRF-TOKEN), optional “remember me” cookies.
• Consent preferences: ishopync_cookie_consent, ishopync_cookie_preferences (typically up to 12 months).
• Optional categories (functional, analytics, marketing): only if you enable them in the cookie modal; third-party scripts should not load until consent where implemented.

3. CDNs

Static assets may load from third-party CDNs; those domains may apply their own privacy practices.

4. Managing consent

Use the cookie banner or clear site data in your browser. Withdrawal of consent does not affect prior lawful processing.
